Common questions

Do you only work on luxury homes?: We focus on luxury and high-end residential because that's where our design-led process delivers the most value. That said, we size every system to the home - small projects get the same discipline as large ones.
Can you work with my builder or architect?: Absolutely - and we prefer to. Bringing us in during design lets us coordinate pre-wire, keypad placement and scene logic with the rest of the trades.
What does a smart home actually cost?: A meaningful lighting and AV install for a 4,000-6,000 sq ft shore home typically lands in the mid-five to low-six figures. We're direct about scope, options and trade-offs before any contract.
Do I need to subscribe to anything?: No. Our systems run on local Home Assistant cores with no monthly fees. Optional add-ons (alarm monitoring, cellular backup) carry their own fees, but the core never holds your home hostage.
What happens if something breaks?: We monitor every system we install 24/7. Most issues are resolved remotely before you ever notice. When a truck roll is needed, we're local.

We're not a national franchise. We're a small, local studio that lives where we work - and that proximity matters. The houses on Absecon Island and the Seven Mile Beach communities have specific demands: salt air, heavy seasonal use, long off-seasons with no one in the house. Our vacation home automation packages handle leak detection, freeze protection, smart locks for cleaners and renters, and full remote monitoring, so your shore home protects itself when you're not there.
